5351 Sumo / Cross-culture sports
I'm making an effort to learn more about sports from other cultures. For some reason Sumo keeps popping up in my field of view and I was wondering, do you lads know any good English news websites to read about it/watch it? I'm aware it's suffered a decline in popularity over the past couple of years, which makes things a bit more difficult.

Also, do you lot follow any international sports (for lack of a better term)? I'm really interested in recommendations.

It's the semi-finals (actually the Conference Championships) in the NFL tomorrow if you're the streaming type. Winners go to the Super Bowl in a fortnight.

Been quite a good season actually, lots of competitive teams and great games.

I don't mind streaming. Links are welcome at the discretion of the mods, otherwise I'll just search on my own accord. I've never sat down to watch the NFL, but I do have some idea of just how influential the sport is in the states. What's drawn you into it, if you don't mind my asking?

Speaking of U.S. sports, I've always wanted to try getting into baseball, but it seems like it requires a good working knowledge of specific cities and their teams. I also recall a really popular hockey thread somewhere on .gs, was quite surprised at that.
