>Racist cultural standards are a funny one, because throwing it around and even bringing it up when not needed is implying there is an element surely.
What is this sentence even supposed to mean?

>Cultural and social racism in beauty would be finding Europeans more beautiful and having a preference because you believe being white is better, or only produces better features.
No, there is no "because". "Culture" doesn't reason or attempt to justify anything, people do and, yet again, this is not about anyone personally being a racist.

I just don't see how finding Europeans more attractive is a racist culture if there really is no because.

I don't know, I've heard a lot of successful musicians lament the day they realised they could no longer play the way they used to. Maybe huge wadges of cash and possible dementia helps soften the blow, but I know I'll be gutted when I lose my touch.

Good morning everyone, I've noticed that the more comfortable and atmospheric music I listen to never has English vocals. It seems the kind of stuff you listen to by the fire with a mug of hot chocolate is better done in other languages but I'm sure I am wrong in this.

Would you like to give some examples? It doesn't have to be in English as I'm happy to have some new recommendations all the same.

What I'm talking about is stuff like:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZznQje1bnc

Or what I'm listening to right now:

It might be a psychological thing, rather than a genuine lack of English-speaking artists doing the kind of music you like. When vocals aren't understood, they could be about anything. You can place your own meaning. Your mind is free to wander without being told what the song is about.

That some good curiousity-driven advertisement by Anthony.

I really like the ND, but there have been numerous albums that I fundamentally disagree with him, when he says they are not good. I don't think there is some formula that he follows, because he reviews them a good while before they become widely known.

9423 Any Britpopfags here?
I know this is a longshot lads but this has been doing my head in for weeks now. I'm trying to ID a 90s Britpop track but I don't know who its by or what its called or any of the lyrics...yeah I know, needle in a fucking haystack. The only real tangible thing I know is that its got violins (and its NOT Bittersweet Symphony). I vaguely remember it from back in the day but recently I heard it again (it was playing in the background when Callum and Kylie were having a chat in the back room of the pub in Corrie the other week) and its been doing my head in. I really want to be able to listen to it. So yeah, long shot but if one of you chaps can help out I'd appreciate it.

It would appear that what you're looking for is Romantic period piano works. You could do worse than go through a list of composers, listen to their piano works and see if anything grabs you. The particular style that Chopin was particularly known for was the nocturne, and that's a search term that should throw up some good stuff.

Schubert, D850. Cba linking, sorry, as on a tablet.
Any of Field's Nocturnes, or Chopin's for that matter.
Shosty's Preludes and Fugues...the 16th one.
Scriabin's earlier tonal works are reasonbly slow.
I don't find classical piano music to be that much good unless there's a deep sense of struggle, pathos and simmering resentment at something though, so sorry I can't be of much more help.
